“That’s not going to happen, is it!” Those were the words of last week’s Scoop6 bonus hunter when asked about the chances of landing another bumper win this week.

Two days later, her return from an £8 bet improved from £109,489.10 to a mammoth £197,610.10 as Motakhayyel romped home in the Bunbury Cup.

Having picked six winners on Eclipse weekend, Tina from Somerset continued her support of Frankie Dettori that had served her well previously, by siding with the 2020 winner in the day’s big handicap.

Sure enough, Richard Hannon’s gelding proved a rather cosy victor once again at Newmarket, landing the grandmother another £88,121, all from her humbler £8 stake.

While she was unsure as to whether she would watch the race previously, Tina opted to settle down and take in the mile handicap on the July course.

As Motakhayyel made a menacing move entering the final two furlongs, our bonus hunter was still doubtful.

“I was saying, ‘he’s not going to do it, they’ll catch him soon,’” she told Tote.

But as the finishing line got closer, it became clearer that nothing was going to close the gap on the son of Heeraat, and Tina is not shy in admitting she was roaring Frankie home on the five-year-old.

“I think most of my street probably knew something was going on in my house!” she said.

“It’s just incredible, really.”

The big winners didn’t end at the weekend for Tote customers, with another rollover on Tuesday providing a monster dividend in the Tote Jackpot.

Heading into the last at Bath, each of the 18 runners were supported in the hunt for the £242,737.45 final pool, but it was Foxy Femme who got her head in front in the concluding 7f handicap.

That meant that 2.81 units walked away with an official dividend of £86,383.40 to each £1 stake. For those that bet directly at Tote.co.uk, an extra 10% would be their reward, with Tote+ providing a handsome boost to an already bumper win.

The Scoop6 is operated every Saturday, with entry available from just £2. Simply name the winner in our six selected races to win a share of a huge pot. Do that, and you’ll have the chance to land the bonus pool with one more winner the following week.

Look out for the Scoop6 pools, available from Friday evenings at Tote.co.uk.
