It was another excellent week for Tote+ players with plenty of value to be had on the pools.

Win bets beat SP 60% of the time on all UK and Irish racing, while our exotics and multilegs provided plenty of chunky dividends.

Read on for some of the best value our customers got last week.

Lucky number 13 at the Dante Festival

If you backed a winner at York last week, the chances are you should have done it with Tote. The Tote+ dividend beat SP in 13 out of 21 races, and with Tote Guarantee, if you’d had £10 on every winner on the Knavesmire, you’d have walked away with £78.40 more than betting at SP.

Notably, Kynren paid £14.41 versus an SP of 17/2 and it wasn’t just in the handicaps where Tote+ backed out, with Starman and Winter Power both returning better in black-type company.

Top Trifecta payouts

On top of the great value on the win pools, those lucky enough to land one of our Tote Trifectas got some top payouts.

In one of the biggest betting heats of the week, the Hambleton, the Trifecta paid nearly double the Tricast, with a £446.20 return compared to the bookmakers’ £256.76. In the Dante, we paid a tidy £234.30 versus £160.20.

Our Trifecta rollover race this Saturday was the 15:15 at Newmarket, where those lucky enough to pick the first three home landed a mammoth £2,233.90 to a £1 stake.

Tote+ provides €617 more for Naas Placepot

With only one favourite making the frame in the first six races at Naas on Sunday, we saw a monumental Placepot payout of €6,786.45. Just by placing their bet direct, Tote customers received an extra €616.95 per winning unit than they would have elsewhere.

Jessica Harrington’s Espouse was the first winner on the card, returning a massive €60.60 compared to an SP of 28/1.
